Golf Inn Portsea
John and Jill Treloar are the directors and operators of Golf Inn Portsea. John is a keen golfer and a member of Royal Melbourne Golf Club. Since 1998 he has led tours from Singapore, New Zealand, and other parts of Australia, but mainly to the Mornington Peninsula. He has a wide knowledge of the area having played many times on all the courses. John also acts as the transport driver and guide.
Jill is the accommodation and food expert. She and John have operated serviced apartments in Melbourne until their move to the Peninsula so she knows and understands accommodation requirements very well. She also has been a professional chef so is not only a creator of wonderful meals herself but an informed critic of area restaurants and will only select the best for touring golfers.
We are the only golf tour operators resident on the Peninsula and our aim is to provide complete tour guidance. Jill and John have traveled extensively and understand the value of personal contacts in an unfamiliar place. Our objective is to provide a friendly atmosphere so that the enjoyment of each tour is maximized
